Chakra Experience Workshop

Service Description

This chakra experience workshop is divided into two sections: 1) Chakra Meditation: Led by Andrea Brecht, a highly experienced yogi from Yogapure in Leonberg-Höfingen (www.yogapure-leonberg.de) At the beginning, she will lead us through a seated chakra meditation. This allows you to arrive calmly and mentally prepare for your inner experience, which you will then be able to capture on canvas. The chakras (energy centers) in the body also become visible internally through various colors and sounds. She will give a short introduction at the beginning, and then we'll begin the meditation. 2) Pouring Art: Under close guidance from Dominique Ludmann from the Atelier für Abstrakt Kunst. After the meditation, you will create your individual chakra color combination for your artwork. Under close guidance, you will liquefy acrylic paints and pour them onto a 40x40cm canvas. The goal of this workshop is to perceive and open our chakras through meditation. The resulting flow of life energies will help us, after the meditation, to pour acrylic paint onto a canvas and let it flow. Minimum number of participants: 6 people Important information: Please wear clothing and shoes to this workshop that can withstand (non-washable) acrylic paint splashes and blobs. I will provide each participant with a painting apron and, if needed, disposable gloves for the duration of the course. I will also provide all other tools we will need during the creation process. Therefore, all you need to bring is a transport box for your artwork (see below). No previous experience is necessary! The course will last approximately 1.5 hours or a little longer. The maximum number of participants is 8 people. Transport box: Please be sure to bring a transport box, at least 50x50cm in size, to take your artwork home after the class. Please take good care of your artwork during transport, as it will remain very fluid and therefore fragile for some time. (The title image of the workshop is merely an example!)
