Kodoku no Ne (孤独の根 – The Rooted Loneliness)
"Kodoku no Ne" tells the story of the quiet strength of the individual. A single bamboo stalk, deeply rooted, rises firmly and serenely against a light background. Around it, the first leaves are already falling – traces of time, of change. Yet nothing can shake it. The monochrome ink lends the work a restrained, almost meditative elegance. It needs no spectacle of color to convey depth.
This work is a tribute to being grounded, to quiet self-sufficiency in a loud, constantly spinning world. It reminds us that strength lies in standing up for oneself – without having to compromise oneself, without letting oneself be lost.
